CUMH Postnatal Hubs
What are Postnatal Hubs?
CUMH Postnatal Hubs are midwifery-led clinics offering support to mothers and babies during the first six weeks after birth.

What to expect at the Hub:
- Meet other Mums and babies in a relaxed, welcoming space
- Enjoy a coffee and a friendly chat
- Private check up with a midwife (if needed)
- Expert talks on:
- Physiotherapy & postnatal recovery
- Tummy time & baby development
- Mental Health & wellbeing
- Infant nutrition & feeding
Referrals to additional services can also be arranged.
Who can attend?
Anyone who has had their baby at CUMH or through the Homebirth Service is welcome to attend within 6 weeks post-birth.
