What are Postnatal Hubs?

CUMH Postnatal Hubs are midwifery-led clinics offering support to mothers and babies during the first six weeks after birth.

What to expect at the Hub:

• Meet other Mums and babies in a relaxed, welcoming space
• Enjoy a coffee and a friendly chat
• Private check up with a midwife (if needed)
• Expert talks on:
  • Physiotherapy & postnatal recovery
  • Tummy time & baby development
  • Mental Health & wellbeing
  • Infant nutrition & feeding

Referrals to additional services can also be arranged.

Who can attend?

Anyone who has had their baby at CUMH or through the Homebirth Service is welcome to attend within 6 weeks post-birth.

• Carrigtwohill Primary Care Centre, T45 DT93, Mondays 2pm

• Mallow Primary Care Centre, P51 Y8EC, Thursdays at 11am (November and December)

• ClonakiltyPrimary Care Centre, P85 XE93, Fridays at 12pm
