Inconsistent ethnicity data collection within Ireland's maternity services limits the accurate assessment of health outcomes for migrant women and ethnic minority groups.

To better understand and address the unique needs of our patients, we have developed a new patient identification form that now includes ethnicity as a category. By sharing your ethnicity, you will help us to identify health disparities, enhance cultural sensitivity, and improve services for all women.
